Senior Accountant - WFH 2 DAYS PER WEEK, 6 WEEKS PTO, GREAT BENEFITS!

LHH (Atlanta) is working with a highly recognizable, international company on a search for a Senior Accountant. This position will function as a key player on the accounting team, and will support a variety of different areas. DESCRIPTION

• Support the month and quarter-end closing of the general ledger by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and analyses for assigned P&L areas
• Train and review work by accountants as assigned
• Assist in the monthly analysis of the financial statements and various budgets
• Play a key role in supporting the interim and annual audit process
• Ensure compliance of internal controls in the performance of assigned processes
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments (system conversions, acquisition integration, etc..)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 3-8 Years of Accounting Experience (preferably from public accounting or a midsize-large public company/private equity backed company)
• Advanced User of Microsoft Excel
• Must Currently Live in/near Atlanta area

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

• $90,000 - $100,000 (plus 10% bonus)
• Work from home 2 days per week
