Selectek has an immediate need to hire a SeniorArchitectural Designer for a full-time, temp-to-perm position near Philadelphia, PA. This client focuses on a variety of residential and commercial projects, so the ideal candidate will have proven work experience in those fields.
Job Details
Candidates in this role will lead design and execution for various types of projects, including single-family homes, multi-family buildings, and commercial/mixed use developments. Multiple projects will be worked on simultaneously, and candidates will utilize AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp to detail the designs. Client interaction and relationship development will be a key strength in this position as well.
Required
8+ years of architectural design experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Revit and SketchUp, knowledge of AutoCAD
Experience in hand-drawing and 3D visualization
Work experience with client presentation
Compensation
$36- $48 per hour based on experience before permanent conversion
Schedule
Monday-Friday / 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Schedule flexibility and work-from-home options become available after an orientation period.
