We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Associate, People Operations to join our team during a pivotal stage in our company's growth. As an Senior Associate, People Operations, you will play a crucial role in our success by executing on our mission to serve our employees. The ideal candidate should have workplace and onboarding experience, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have a genuine desire to go the extra mile for our employees. This is a fast-paced role in an ever-changing environment, so the ability to be flexible and adaptable is key to success. Responsibilities:


Event Planning

  • Strategically plan and coordinate team-building activities and corporate events, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.


Recruiting Operations

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and refine job descriptions that align with organizational needs and goals.
  • Conduct high-level candidate screenings and assessments to identify top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination, ensuring a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
  • Maintain and oversee candidate records and recruitment databases, ensuring data integrity and strategic use of information.


Payroll Administration

  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, inquiries, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Be the primary point of contact to troubleshoot any system-related issues for Conventus employees.
  • Keep up-to-date employee records, including salary or manager changes.


Culture Building

  • Conduct and facilitate day 1 and beyond onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Oversee and manage the Engage platform, driving content development initiatives to align with company objectives.
  • Develop and improve resources on SharePoint (company intranet) for information accessibility.
  • Assist with various office duties including answering phones, distributing and scanning mail, ordering weekly office lunch, and stocking office snacks.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entry related to onboarding and HR systems.


Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of people operations or workplace experience
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Engage, Admin)
  • Experience with TriNet platform.
