We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive the optimization of our business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. This role requires working closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs, develop effective solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities:
Business Process Evaluation: Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
Optimization Strategies: Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop strategies for optimization.
Innovation and Modernization: Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Stakeholder Communication: Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, gather critical information, and produce useful reports.
Requirements Analysis: Perform thorough requirements analysis and document the results.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Project Management: Manage projects, develop project plans, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
User Acceptance Testing: Perform user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Procedure Maintenance: Update, implement, and maintain procedures based on business needs.
Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users to facilitate effective communication and project success.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MS preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent documentation skills.
Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience in leading and developing top-performing teams.
History of leading and supporting successful projects.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of WMS, Logistics, and ERP is a plus. Experience with Integration/API projects is a plus.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Korean is preferred.
