Job Title: Senior Business Analyst-Salesforce

Location: Washington, DC-mostly remote (1 meeting onsite by the end of year)

Duration: Long term Contract

Interview process: 1st round virtual and then 2nd round in person to Washington, DC office.

Job Description:

Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, effective deliverables on-time and be a significant contributor to the development of cost-effective solutions.

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.

Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.

Strong experience owning end-to-end documentation creation process.

Well-developed functional and business knowledge of Salesforce.

Experience working as part of a Scrum team.

Agile is must have

Expertise with requirements management tools: Confluence, JIRA

Familiarity with SharePoint.

Experience in the health insurance industry.
