About the Job:


As the new Sr. Content Marketing Manager at IXOPAY, a TokenEx Company, you will be responsible for shaping the future and development of our content strategy, and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. With a deep understanding of content production, distribution, and measurement in B2B, you will drive strategies that resonate with our target audience and generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive B2B content strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives. This involves identifying target audience personas, understanding their needs and pain points, and determining the most effective content formats and channels to engage and nurture them throughout the buyer's journey.
  • Content Creation and Management: Overseeing the creation and management of high-quality, engaging content across various channels such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media is essential. This includes ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice, as well as maintaining editorial standards and guidelines for content creation.
  • Content Distribution and Promotion: Another crucial responsibility is to devise strategies for content distribution and promotion to maximize reach and visibility. This may involve leveraging owned, earned, and paid media channels such as the company's website, email newsletters, social media platforms, industry publications, influencer partnerships, and advertising platforms to amplify the reach of content and attract qualified leads.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitoring the performance of content marketing initiatives through key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI is vital. Regularly analyze data to gain insights into what content resonates best with the target audience, what channels drive the most traffic and conversions, and continuously optimize content strategies based on these insights to improve results over time. This may also involve A/B testing, experimenting with new content formats or distribution channels, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or payments technology industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
