Initiating a search for a LEAD/SENIOR DESIGNER (Interior/Construction) for a well-established and growing construction related company that offers a flexible schedule/great work-life balance (family-friendly), attractive culture/work environment and career upside potential.
Position will take/play a lead role in both working with customers/businesses to gather information/requirements/specifications, develop detailed designs/proposals and review/adjust as appropriate/finalize (obtain approval) prior to moving forward with implementation and also be a mentor/coach to the other designers on the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architectural studies
Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3-D rendering programs and ability/interest in learning new technologies
3+ years of experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and multi-task
Salary $70K - $80K and attractive benefit package.
