Team ODA studio had a great time on Friday volunteering with Forest Park Forever for IIDA Gateway Chapter’s Give Back Day. ODA Studio Embarks on a Landmark Project with the St. Louis Jewish Community Center ODA studio proudly announces the redesign of the St. Louis Jewish Community Center in Chesterfield, Missouri. This 87,930 square foot facility, originally constructed in 1996, is set to undergo a transformative renovation, with an anticipated completion date of Q4 2025. ODA studio is excited to bring our expertise to this significant venture. The project plans include the creation of a new adult day center, a welcoming lobby and gathering space, and modern locker rooms. Additionally, the gymnasium, fitness center, and early childhood center will see comprehensive renovations. Our commitment to enhancing community spaces is further demonstrated by the planned improvements such as an expanded kitchen facility, dedicated pickleball courts, and upgrades to the security and communication systems. The building exterior will also be revitalized to reflect the vibrant spirit of the community it serves. HDA Architects, along with ISC Contracting, and Avison Young join us as project partners.
