Modivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Director, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to strategically support the operational leader for our Personal Care Services division (PCS). This position is responsible for defining and executing HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. This position will play a pivotal role in partnering with leadership to shape the company's overall strategy, drive transformative HR initiatives, and provide guidance in all aspects of HR.

  • Partners with the leadership to shape the company's overall strategy.
  • Develops and executes transformative HR initiatives to drive organizational success.
  • Collaborates on all aspects of HR, including talent management, organizational development, and compensation.
  • Ensures compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Leads the HR Business Partner function for PCS, providing strategic direction and oversight.
  • Analyzes HR trends, metrics, and workforce data to drive data-driven decisions
  • Collaborates on design of processes that deliver solutions needed to optimize teammate experience and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Partners with PCS leadership and subject matter experts to understand business priorities and translate into programs to build organizational and functional capability.
  • Brings new and innovative ideas, people policy changes, and new programs that will enhance the organizational culture and the teammate experience, fostering an organization-wide culture and practice of inclusion and belonging.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements supported by comprehensive and achievable plans for implementation.
  • Champions audit responses including recurring background check requirements, external audit requests, and SOX team audit and responses.
  • Directs and mentors leaders on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.
  • Directs and coaches leaders on all human resource related processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, selection, terminations, compensation and rewards.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following...

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • Master's degree a plus.
  • Twelve (12) plus years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Eight (8) plus years leadership responsibility.
  • Home Health, Home Care, and/or Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Ability to interact collaboratively and communicate effectively with external, internal customers, and stakeholders to address issues and ensure alignment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of and personal involvement with systems and methodologies of new hire experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary: $159,900 - $215,900

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
