Senior Director of Acadian Health

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for business development and operations management? Acadian Health is looking for a dynamic Senior Director to spearhead our mobile community healthcare team. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth and enhancing EBITDA through innovative marketing and sales strategies, while maintaining exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth:

  • Lead strategic marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue and EBITDA growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to expand at-home healthcare services.
  • Design and execute sales strategies, evaluate market conditions, and sustain growth.
  • Build and nurture healthcare relationships for partnership opportunities.

Strategic Vision & Leadership

  • Provide strategic direction for the Acadian Health Division.
  • Foster relationships with partners to deliver value-based at-home medical care.
  • Communicate growth initiatives effectively to leadership and field employees.

Operations Management

  • Optimize systems, processes, and personnel to meet goals.
  • Monitor and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review payroll and budget data to maximize revenue and control expenses.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inspire and lead employees to achieve objectives.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
  • Ensure clear and effective internal communications.

Community Engagement

  • Participate in events supporting Community Paramedicine programs.
  • Collaborate with executive team and HR on disciplinary issues.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare a plus with five years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with increasing responsibility and proven success.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, including operational knowledge, compliance, and regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, managed care, and insurance reimbursement is a plus.
