This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in the Miami area.
Responsibilities:
Elevate brand awareness and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
Lead the hiring and training of staff, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance measurement.
Collaborate as a strategic partner with our senior leadership team.
Innovate ideas to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Implement cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies, covering candidate sourcing, onboarding efficiencies, and career planning.
Educate hiring managers on talent pool dynamics and recruiting best practices.
Manage recruitment for diverse internal roles spanning marketing, accounting, retail, design, and merchandising.
Coordinate with immigration counsel regarding visa sponsorships.
Collaborate with relocation teams to facilitate the smooth relocation of new employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience in retail, apparel, and wholesale industries.
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR.
Human resources experience.
Possess a leadership track record with 5+ years in a leadership position.
International experience, including proficiency in international relocation and visa processing.
Have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience at the Director level.
