Role Description
This is a full-time, partially hybrid role for a Senior Environmental Manager.
The Senior Environmental Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing environmental projects and conducting environmental assessments.
The Senior Environmental Manager will be located in New York City.
Qualifications
Expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
Experience in Environmental Compliance and Environmental Policy
Experience in Brownfield Cleanup Program and remediation projects
Thorough understanding of Environmental Issues and ability to present on Environmental Impact Assessments
Strong project management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with government agencies such as NYC OER, NYS DEC, SCA, and Port Authority.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field is required
