Our Company: BCI Brands designs, sources, and markets nationally and internationally an extensive range of women's career, casual sportswear, and dresses. Their products are sold through all primary retail distribution levels principally under various trademarks and under private label brand names.
Manage regional countries and partner with management on sales plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth
Develop strong, effective relationships with distributors/partners that help identify opportunities to grow the business with current and potential accounts
Identify and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing distributors/partners that drive revenue growth
Manage and execute order files for region across all seasons, brands, and categories
Track monthly progress by country with global finance team for each of the global partners
Align brand consumer and customer strategies to achieve sales goals and profitable targets
Consistently monitor and respond to opportunities in the market to identify ways to stay ahead of trends
Requirements
10+ years' experience in Sales in the wholesale fashion industry
Previous experience as an account manager/executive at Macy's preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel as needed
Regional experience and language skills a plus
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
Must be authorized to work in the US
SALARY: Starting at $150k (please note this role does not offer commission)
