What You'll Do

As our Senior Compensation Partner, you will oversee a compensation program and own client groups. As a compensation program owner (specifically sales compensation), you will create models to determine program design and determine budget/financial impact. Your client group spans 14 countries with major employee populations based in United States, India, United Kingdom, Brazil, Germany, Italy and Turkey. You will work independently and manage your projects and tasks and maximize use of your tools to provide accurate, and well thought out recommendations to present in a format to audiences including functional leaders. The Sr. Compensation Partner will report to the Senior Director of Global Compensation. This position can be remote within the Untied States.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • On a rotation basis, lead one or more of our annual global compensation projects: salary range refresh, rewards cycle design and budget, training materials for all audiences, company communications, and Workday Advanced Comp configuration.
  • Work with People Partners, TA, HR Ops, Finance, Legal and Executives to influence and lead transformational change.
  • Present clear and clear PowerPoint presentations to assist senior leadership in making compensation decisions.
  • Build Excel models and tools to automate analysis to assist customers with recurring compensation needs.
  • Collaborate with multiple partners to facilitate compensation business processes in Workday.
  • Evaluate jobs for scope, level of responsibility, experience, and education requirements to determine proper placement within our job architecture, EEO, FLSA classifications, etc.
  • Stay informed of legislative activities, regulatory changes and evaluate impact to compensation programs.
  • Help create compensation policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • On a rotation basis, prepare and submit recurring and ad-hoc compensation surveys


About The Team

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in global broad-based compensation in the Technology industry.
  • Master of complex Excel formulas for analytics and modeling.
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Comp modules including business requirement preparation.
  • Project management experience.
  • Work well in a globally dispersed team.
  • Express thoughts or ideas to participate in discussions to reach an agreement or resolve conflicts using your high-quality data-based compensation recommendation.
  • Present c-suite level PowerPoint presentations.


Pay Range Details

The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Colorado $129,800-$214,200 (annually)

Washington $129,800-$236,700 (annually)

California $129,800-259,300 (annually)

NYC $157,100-259,300 (annually)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for you in the state listed. Your actual salary/wage may be based on multiple factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, and market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and your role.
