Senior Graphic Designer

Leading Creative Agency is looking for a strong Senior Designer to join the team. In this role you will lead the visual direction of projects and campaigns, collaborating with creative leadership, account managers, and project managers. You will oversee and manage the work of junior & mid-level designers, fostering their skills and design perspectives. This role requires strong design & motions skills. The Ideal candidate is someone who can ideate and then oversee the execution of work across projects.

What will you do?

• Define the design and art direction for creative teams.
• Shape the overall look and feel of campaigns and content.
• Oversee content and narrative development from concept to rollout.
• Design assets for print, web, and social media.
• Create concepts that merge traditional and digital design principles.

What skills & experience are needed for this role?

• Strong Skill set in Figma. Proven experience with Interactive Design (specifically in building mainstage presentations with motion)
• Must have experience working in tech, fintech, B2B or similar
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools and AI industry
• Strong motion graphic skills
• Strong design ideation skills (creating work from scratch)
• Experience working with AI tools for creative output
• Strong presentation skills.
• Previous experience working agency side

How will you work with others?

• Cohesively work with creative, strategy, paid media, project management, and finance teams.
• Mentor and lead junior designers and guide their creative development.
• Build strong client relationships and effectively communicate creative vision.
