We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will play a key role in designing compelling digital assets that resonate with our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, with a strong understanding of branding and marketing with a creative mindset to produce engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Creative Design and Implementation: Design and implement web assets for sales and landing pages that drive user engagement and conversion.
Static Ad Creatives: Develop captivating static advertisements for online campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand and effectively engaging our audience.
Presentation Design: Create visually appealing presentations that clearly communicate key messages and align with our brand identity.
Social Media Designs: Produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) that align with our brand voice and engage our audience.
YouTube Thumbnails: Design eye-catching and clickable thumbnails that accurately represent video content and attract viewers.
Print Design (Plus): Experience in print design is an added advantage.
Requirements:
Experience: 7+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or marketing environment.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including web design, static ads, presentation designs, YouTube thumbnails, and social media content.
Design Knowledge: Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with the Marketing Team and other leaders, incorporating feedback to refine designs as needed.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Must submit a test to be considered for an interview.
Design Test: Landing Page Prototype
Objective: Create a landing page prototype in Figma that promotes a LIVE Masterclass. You will be provided with the current design, and your task is to iterate on it and make improvements. We are looking for creative enhancements that align with our brand while effectively driving conversions.

Call to Action: Strengthen the call-to-action elements to drive conversions effectively.
3.Tools: Use Figma for your design. Feel free to utilize Figma’s collaborative features if you want to showcase interactive elements.
4.Submission: Once completed, share the Figma prototype link with us. Ensure that the prototype is viewable by anyone with the link.
5.Deadline: Please submit your prototype link with your application.
