The Senior Human Resources Generalist & Change Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement and talent management, and supporting change management initiatives, particularly related to our ERP transition project. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, driving performance management, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable change outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Change Management: Develop and implement a change management plan for the ERP transition, serve as a change liaison, create comprehensive training and communication plans, and assess employee readiness and the impact of required changes.
- Senior HR Support: Serve as a contact for employees and resolve a wide range of HR operational issues with a hands-on approach. Participate in developing new programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations and Talent Management: Provide guidance on employee relations, drive performance management, and enhance employee engagement and productivity initiatives.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years' experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience in change management, particularly in supporting large-scale ERP transitions or similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change across all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS (UKG), ATS (iCIMS), and ERP (Microsoft 365) systems is a plus.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
