Senior Instructional Designer

Title: Sr. Instructional Designer

Work: Remote (working in PST hours)

Weekly hours: Max 40 (Mon - Fri )

Contract: 6 months (possible extension)

Sr. IDs with experience developing Blended, VILT, and Articulate OLT in the realms of Sales, Tech Sales, Sales Methodology, and soft skills/client-consultation skills will be highly preferred. We are currently looking for IDs that have a strong basis in the following:

· Ability to stay strategic and apply adult learning theory and knowledge to dynamic, fast paced projects

· Design and Build of all materials within scope including iterations and revisions based on feedback

· Ability to work agile, adapt quickly to new environments, work and able to change direction and pivot quickly

when needed.

· Expert level experience using Articulate 360 products, Camtasia, and other authoring tools.

· Expert level experience designing and developing virtual instructor led, and instructor led, courses and

workshops

· Ability to pick up light technology easily, such as third-party engagement tools quickly, adding content to LMS or

MOOC platforms.

· Experience presenting content proposals or design documents to stakeholders.

· Ability to polish or put final changes on PowerPoint decks.

· Ability to make design recommendations to stakeholders based on what would be best for the learner in accordance with the desired learning outcomes.

· Ability to lead SME/Review meetings

· Consultative skills/Exp. Working across teams and depts

· Strong project management experience

· Excellent communication, writing skills and organizational skills

· Experience with basic sales skills and the profession of sales knowledge a plus

· Experience in corporate environments and navigating matrixed organizational charts

· Initiative-taking in leading meetings, giving clear objectives, and sending meeting notes and status updates
