Senior Manager - PR & Events

Our client, global luxury fragrance house, is looking to hire a Senior Manager - PR & Events to join the team onsite in NYC. This is a full time permanent position with potential to start as soon as possible. Candidates must be able to work in office 5 days per week.

Job Duties Include:

• Expertise in managing exclusive, multi-million dollar events and experiences with a focus on refined hospitality
• Broad network and experience in negotiating with top-tier luxury vendors across hospitality, food, beverage, rentals, entertainment, and more
• Skilled in overseeing communications calendars, global press media, and editorial coverage
• Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities for the project team
• Supervise editorial photo and video shoots for official photo galleries

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years working in PR & Events, preferably within luxury markets (fashion, beauty, fragrance, hospitality)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, working closely with European PR and Events leadership
• Ability to work 5 days in NYC offices

Salary: $120 - $130K + discretionary bonus
