Senior Operation Manager

We’re looking to add a Senior Operation Manager in United States. The position will be based in our office at Milpitas, California. Reporting to Head of Operation, US. Open to candidates who are willing to relocate from their home country.

As a Senior Operation Manager, You will:

Accountable for day-to-day Operations and the Operational Excellence of all the functions in Engineering, Materials/Planning, Quality and Manufacturing of PCBA and TLA Operations.

Accountable for US site's Revenue growth, Profitability and Customer KPI's, work closely with the other entities in lower cost regions for providing the most optimized solution to customers.

Collaborate with the Head of Program Management to ensure total customer satisfaction and support / grow new customers. As well as work closely with GM to continue improving the site's overall facilities and security infrastructure.

As part of leadership team, responsible for achieving targets set for Revenue, Profitability and highest level of customer satisfaction through achieving excellent customer KPIs.

Continually managing and working on initiatives to improve GM/TC, costs, inventories, Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) inventories and working capital.

Work closely with Head of Program Management on the Gross Margin and winning new business from existing and new customers.

Develop strong capabilities within the organization and develop employees to realize their full potential.

Develop differentiating capabilities in selected domain areas to build a center of excellence. This is especially for more complex PCBA and TLA in target technological domains.

Create a working environment that foster creativity, innovation, and strong teamwork.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Masters or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electronics and Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic discipline). MBA is an added advantage.
• More than 8 years related experience in a similar position and responsibility.
• Preferably with working experience in Asia.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred.
