Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
As a Senior Product Manager at Sollis Health, you will serve as the voice of the customer throughout the end-to-end process of product development, ensuring that the products and experiences delivered fully meet member/patient and provider needs. You will take on the product roadmap and work to further define and translate that vision into a series of deliverables, managing the product backlog and then coordinating and managing the execution of the vision into initial MVPs and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the product subject matter expert across the organization and supporting the product vision, defining product requirements, translating requirements into user stories to prioritize product backlog.
  • Defining value management and metrics– e.g. speed, quality, objectives & key results, measurement and reporting.
  • Ensuring Scrum teams are working on stories and technical work that maximize business value.
  • Soliciting stakeholder input and feedback to inform the work being prioritized and next step decisions.
  • Building effective user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlog to ensure work is in line with experience strategy and requirements are understood by the Scrum team and clarifying stories as necessary.
  • Promoting transparency throughout the organization involving all critical business areas from strategy to release management and maintenance.
  • Providing leadership in partnership with Engineering in the development and delivery of products in a pod/scrum environment.
  • Providing an end to end /holistic view of how specific business/clinical processes and internal system configurations impact the experience.
  • Using journey mapping and value stream mapping, evaluate in collaboration with internal stakeholders, business/clinical processes and internal system configurations to be able to implement desired features.
  • Working collaboratively with the Scrum team to accurately scope and estimate work across the team, mindful of individual skill-sets and capacity.
  • Prioritizing backlog, representing the voice of customer/stakeholder to Scrum teams, measuring and reading out experience outcomes.
  • Establishing and maintaining best practices across product teams.
  • Leading sprint demos, highlight the business value of the work completed, any risks and kudos to the team.
  • Preparing product release documentation for features for business stakeholders audience.
  • Communicating effectively and developing productive relationships across multiple client stakeholders, development teams, product management teams (including other product owners and their related work-streams) and team-mates.
  • Coordinate resolution of technical dependencies across pods.
  • Effectively manage internal and external influencers and their inputs and impacts on prioritization.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Experience

We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-6 years experience in product management in a related role is desired.
  • Healthcare industry experience required.
  • Experience delivering consumer facing digital experiences is required.
  • Scrum Agile Experience/ Advocacy: Experience with Agile development is required; Agile or lean product certification a plus.
  • Experience using JIRA is required.
  • Strong MarTech experience
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce and Emarsys a plus
  • Ability to analyze product success, identify opportunities to improve and articulate those decisions to the wider team
  • Ability to identify detailed requirements across the different software products to ensure successful release of new product/features
  • Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements
  • Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and build consensus among various stakeholders across different teams
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to tasks and be comfortable working with minimal instruction and guidance

Comp & Benefits:

Range: $115,000-$160,000 + Bonus + Equity

This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates nationally. Sollis Health is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
