We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Program Manager to oversee our Maintenance and AI Refresh teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating these teams to ensure efficient operations and successful project outcomes. This role will report to senior leadership and play a key role in driving the teams' success.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Provide strategic and operational leadership to both the Maintenance and AI Refresh teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within both teams, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the teams and other internal departments, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
Issue Escalation: Identify, address, and escalate any issues or challenges to upper management promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively across both teams to meet project demands and objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates on team performance, project status, and key metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the technology or AI sectors.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience coordinating between diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with maintenance operations and AI technologies is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $55hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
