Requirements

  • PMP certification is required
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience
  • Health Plan product management experience is required
  • PM Skills: MS project schedules, raid logs and action items, managing and creating project scope
  • Clearly communicate and articulate with executives and leaders
  • Comfortably communicate uplevel to management and on a granular basis with team members. Able to balance priorities of leaders cross-functionally
  • Health-plan product management experience is required
  • 2+ years’ Experience with Medicaid or Medicare managed Health care or health plan.
  • Experience in SAFe Agile methodology.
  • Six Sigma Certification (Green / Yellow) or equivalent experience.
