Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a passion for supply chain and IT systems. In this role, you will manage complex programs and collaborate with senior IT leaders and business managers. Your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies will be crucial in delivering high-impact software development projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Projects: Drive the consolidation of multiple workstreams into cohesive programs, ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide clear updates on project status, issues, and remediation plans to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Plan & Execute: Support all phases of project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting. Manage time, budget, scope, and resources effectively.
  • Facilitate Agile Scrum: Conduct backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and project sprint demonstrations. Manage defect resolution processes and Agile Scrum events.
  • Manage Risks: Track and address issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle. Build forecasts and maintain accountability for timesheet management.
  • Collaborate: Work across IT and Business organizations to deliver projects with multiple workstreams. Coordinate and facilitate project delivery toll gates.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering software development projects.
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with automation and supply chain is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Project Desktop is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Project Online (PWA) in a PPM environment is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required. PMP or Scrum Master certification, or equivalent experience, is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and navigate complex project landscapes.
