The Senior Quality Control Lead shall be responsible for leading the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure delivery of high-quality projects and projects. This includes driving quality standards and processes such as Quality Review Boards (QRBs), Correct & Preventative Actions (CAR/PAR), Non-Conforming Materials (NCM), and Internal Audits. The ideal candidate ultimately implements and oversees quality control and quality control plans on contract within customer/contract specifications and applicable industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
Clearance Requirement: This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of full scope polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government. Factors considered for a U.S. Government Security Clearance include, but are not limited to:

Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
- 7+ Years of experience in a field requiring direct involvement in quality control
- Experience with collaborating with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place and maintained with routine reviews/audits.
- Ability to work with technical process/equipment owners to assist in developing, tracking, and updating standard processes for qualification, calibration, and production.
- Ability to develop and deliver written and verbal communications to technical peers and project management teams.
- Develops inspection schedules and executes accordingly.
- Provides activity and status reports on quality control and maintains quality control files
- Technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with industry quality assurance systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and common best practices.
- Familiarity/experience with IPC-610 and/or IPC-620
- Experience with electronics assembly processes (e.g., wirebonding, wafer processing, SMT, pick & place, reflow, molding, etc.).
