About The Role


As a Senior Recruiter at FINESSE, you will play one of the most pivotal roles in shaping the future of our company - by sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent to create a brilliant high-performing team that scales with a company undergoing hypergrowth. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies across all functions that align with our growth objectives, and represent our company and embody our values as the first point of contact to our candidates and guide throughout their journey.


The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in startups and fast-paced, high-growth environments. You are adept at managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention and have a strong track record of building diverse, high-performing teams. You have a deep understanding of what it takes to attract and retain top talent and are skilled at building relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, leveraging strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our mission and values, and who can embody these in every interaction with candidates - making candidates feel welcomed and excited about the opportunity to join our team.



What We’re Looking For


  • A proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in building agile and high-performing teams in a startup environment
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and drive long-term success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates
  • Ability to clearly communicate and synthesize complex recruitment insights and strategies for internal stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making
  • Experience in building insights into recruitment funnel metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage and streamline recruitment processes for multiple candidates and roles simultaneously, while ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace through thoughtful and strategic recruitment practices
  • Genuine enthusiasm for FINESSE’s mission and vision
