The Opportunity
We're building a new incubation team that will support a significant business unit at Placed Partners and on the lookout for a talented, confident, and driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Recruiter. This is a critical role for the growth of the organization and a unique opportunity to be a key player in our journey. We’re seeking an individual with proven success in direct/permanent placement in any industry. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to navigate complex candidate and client relationships, know how to create a partnership and earn the trust of stakeholders in the recruiting process.
What You'll Do
- Build Relationships: Develop long-term connections with client companies and key business executives.
- Manage Pipelines: Handle a robust pipeline of original client companies, contacts, and partnerships, serving as a consultative business partner to facilitate clients’ goals.
- Client Engagement: Make proactive contact with prospective clients at various levels via phone, email, and social media to initiate and cultivate new client relationships.
- Achieve Success: Exceed weekly KPIs, including heavy outbound calls to your assigned territory/market.
- Liaison Role: Act as the bridge between client companies and our internal teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Marketing & Research: Conduct daily email marketing and data administration.
- Candidate Engagement: Manage candidate engagement post-handoff, including vetting, pitching, and facilitating interview processes.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records in our CRM, Bullhorn.
- Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering market data, actionable insights, and access to top talent.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated by participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure current clients are satisfied and receive exceptional service daily.
- Onboarding: Work with the Recruiting team to onboard and integrate new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- Meet KPIs: Aim to exceed targets in new clients, requisitions, submissions, interviews, placements, revenue, and more.
Qualifications
- Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in executive search, corporate talent acquisition, or management consulting.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, business acumen, high client service orientation, and a detail-oriented approach.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, accountable, high integrity self-starter with a passion for the business.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Mac or PC systems; CRM experience preferred but not required.
- Closer: Must be able to close deals efficiently.
