- Requirement Mapping: Partner with diverse teams—sales, marketing, product, and finance—to gather and document detailed Salesforce requirements, aligning them with business objectives.
- Data Quality Improvement: Tackle data integrity issues within Salesforce, performing data cleanup and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of business information.
- Salesforce Implementation: Play a key role in developing and refining Salesforce CRM functionalities, engaging in all phases of the implementation process to support effective use and integration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between business units and IT, translating complex business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions and facilitating seamless communication across departments.
- Agile Collaboration: Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce enhancements and fostering continuous improvement of CRM processes.
- Documentation and Training: Create thorough documentation for Salesforce requirements and processes, and provide training and support to users to ensure effective system utilization.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2-3 years specifically focused on Salesforce CRM projects.
- Strong experience with Salesforce implementations and data management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation is essential.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, with proven ability to excel in an Agile environment.
- Strong capability to analyze complex business requirements, address data quality issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Basic SQL skills are preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and implementing improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to embrace diverse tasks and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
