We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, oversee client campaigns, and drive innovative content creation. In this senior role, you will oversee multiple high-profile client accounts and play a key role in shaping our clients' brand presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution, and management of comprehensive client content calendars that align with client objectives and drive results.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of social media managers, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and high-quality content across all client accounts.
  • Create, curate, and guide the production of compelling content for client social media channels, including advanced formats such as Instagram Reels, graphics, and TikToks.
  • Draft and review compelling copy that resonates with target audiences while ensuring alignment with the brand voice and client objectives.
  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all social media channels, ensuring content adheres to clients’ brand guidelines and values.
  • Analyze social media insights and advanced metrics to assess campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure social media initiatives are fully aligned with broader marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to develop innovative content ideas, campaigns, and promotions that support clients' marketing objectives.
  • Attend key client events for strategic live social media coverage and oversee on-site content creation.
  • Direct and manage photoshoots, ensuring visual content meets the highest quality and brand alignment standards.
  • Supervise daily social media activities, including Instagram stories, DMs, community management, and reputation management, delegating tasks as needed.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, proactively recommending new strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Provide high-level client support, addressing inquiries and concerns, and building strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Effectively manage the dynamic environment of “agency life,” meeting client deadlines, creating top-tier content, and fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work culture.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Deep passion and expertise in social media and content creation, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Extensive experience managing multiple high-profile client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and managing a team of social media professionals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with precision.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the role.
