Role Overview:

The Senior Superintendent will oversee assigned construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure top-quality work.
• Planning and maintaining project schedules.
• Identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Documenting on-site activities and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Reviewing and managing subcontract agreements.
• Controlling project budgets and assisting in the preparation of status reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years as a Project Superintendent in Commercial Construction, with experience leading and completing at least three $30M projects.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
• OSHA, Certified Stormwater Management (preferred), and LEED accreditation.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AUTODESK BIM 360, Builder trend, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office 365.
