This role demands a keen understanding of tech hiring, especially within AI development for games, and a track record of attracting exceptional talent to fuel our continued growth.
🌟 YOU likely have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, and ideally a Master's degree, and come with at least seven years of talent acquisition experience, in tech and possibly within the digital gaming industry. Certifications from the CIPD, PHR or SHRM-CP distinguish you further. Your career is marked by a proven track record of attracting top talent in competitive markets, underpinned by a deep understanding of the sector's key players, trends, and regulations. You're definitely familiar with hiring in a fully-remote environment and you’re renowned for your excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You effectively manage multiple recruitment projects, meeting tight deadlines with ease. This proficiency extends to your strategic use of employer branding initiatives and your insightful analysis of recruitment metrics, which you'll regularly report on, to keep us informed and agile.
As we scale, your capacity to deliver under tight schedules and in dynamic settings will be crucial. You'll find yourself crafting seamless hiring processes, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring every talent’s journey reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.
