🌟 YOU likely have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, and ideally a Master's degree, and come with at least seven years of talent acquisition experience, in tech and possibly within the digital gaming industry. Certifications from the CIPD, PHR or SHRM-CP distinguish you further. Your career is marked by a proven track record of attracting top talent in competitive markets, underpinned by a deep understanding of the sector's key players, trends, and regulations. You're definitely familiar with hiring in a fully-remote environment and you’re renowned for your excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You effectively manage multiple recruitment projects, meeting tight deadlines with ease.
