Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a fashion house to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner.

This is an onsite position in NYC (5 days in office). The pay for this position is $100,000-$125,000.

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment of top tier talent. This individual will partner with internal stakeholders to define strategic objectives around hiring needs and identify solutions with a high sense of urgency. Members of the Talent team are strategic partners for the businesses they support and are passionate ambassadors of their brands.

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruitment including: developing recruiting strategy, sourcing (passive and active), screening, interviewing, talent calibration and offer-to-hire
• Create a stellar candidate experience: identify and anticipate candidate's needs; follow issues to closure; collaborate with the HR team to maximize the candidate experience and meet the expectations of the organization
• Provide recommendations and talent insights using market knowledge, data, and a strong industry network
• Develop pipelines for future hiring needs in partnership with leaders and HR Business Partners
• Partner with hiring managers to create an effective and productive full lifecycle recruitment process
• Be a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner, coordinating communication and key recruitment updates with hiring managers

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle recruitment ownership; apparel industry experience required, agency experience a plus
• Strong understanding of key recruiting metrics and the drive to continuously improve the recruiting process
• Must be highly organized with strong sense of personal accountability with the ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
• A true cross-functional partner, who collaborates with key stakeholders, leadership and HR Business Partners
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
