Location: Remote (must be located in Ohio and willing to travel to Cincinnati on occasion)
Salary: $150k-$165K base
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required, at least 4 + years' experience in public accounting, demonstrating a proven progression in tax return complexity, scope and research, experience working with HNWI

Based in the Greater Cincinnati area, we are a well-established Top regional CPA firm that has been in business for over 30 years. We are well known in the High Net Worth arena, working with HNW clientele and their families. Our Tax Advisory department is in need of Sr. Tax Managers with strong experience working with HNW & Ultra High Net Worth clientele.
What You'll Be Doing
Performs technical tax review of all tax returns.
Assumes responsibility for tax returns and delegates to the various tax preparers as deemed necessary.
Delegates and performs tax research projects to achieve an accurate and efficient product.
Participates actively in client meetings and tax planning efforts
Acts as a resource for tax preparers on specific tax issues and/or questions.
Assumes client service responsibility for clients. The tax manager works directly with clients where the responsibility is delegated from the Partner or senior manager.
May work to develop and train team members by issuing performance evaluations, developing training aids and acting as an instructor in professional development programs.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and meet critical deadlines (i.e. tax return due dates) is necessary at this level.
Ability to manage budgeted projects is necessary at this level.
Participates in firm's practice development efforts through involvement with referral sources, community and industries.
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
