We are seeking a Senior Consultant as we expand our ServiceNow IT Experience team to facilitate growth through successful project delivery. Our senior consultants lead ServiceNow solutions' design, development, and implementation to address our clients' requirements. We would love to hear from you if you are a seasoned ServiceNow professional with a proven track record of success in solution design, configuration, and implementation.

What you'll get to do?


  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on ServiceNow and ensuring their success and satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Implementation Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Workshops: Conduct workshops with clients to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote user adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configuration: Configure ServiceNow applications to meet client specifications, leveraging your expertise in the platform's capabilities and best practices. Work on system management, user data management, Platform updates, Scripting, and updating User Stories.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT efforts, including test planning, scenario development, test execution, and defect management, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards and fulfil business requirements.
  • Enablement and Adoption: Lead interactive sessions to educate stakeholders on platform capabilities, best practices, and industry trends, empowering them to maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow developments, trends, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement.

Position requirements:

  • Minimum five years of real-time hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory, and CIS-ITSM certification is preferred.
  • Experience with ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/SPM platforms.
  • Proven history of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with client management and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and time management.
  • Proactive communication skills, presenting technology as business solutions.
  • Good business sense and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to deal with ambiguity and white spaces and have a start-up mindset.
  • Must be flexible and ready to pivot based on the changing demands of a project.
  • Willing to travel to customers' or partners' locations around 50% of the time (if required), averaged over a quarter.
