Senior Technical Sourcer - Contract

As a Senior Sourcer, you will be responsible for the sourcing efforts of our R&D teams. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of TRM's talent acquisition.

• Enthusiastically source, recruit and maintain strong candidate pipelines for R&D positions.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that reach the top talent.

• 5+ years of experience sourcing and building high quality technical candidate pipelines, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
