We are looking for an experienced ticketing professional to join our Box Office team. The Senior Ticketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Ticketing and provide Ford Idaho Center clients with comprehensive event management and ticketing services. Primary responsibilities include providing venue-specific information to promoters, event submissions, event financials, ongoing event administration, box office operations, day of show production, and settlement.
This role will pay a salary of $55,000 to $65,000.

The Ford Idaho Center consists of a 12,000 capacity Arena, 11,000 capacity Amphitheater, and 40-acre Horse Park. The venue works with the nation’s leading promoters (Live Nation, PBR, FELD, AEG, Pepper Entertainment, etc.) to produce world class events like Kenny Chesney, Zach Bryan, Professional Bull Riders, Hozier, Monster Jam, and many more.
The Ford Idaho Center also provides Box Office services to the Nampa Civic Center – John Brandt Performing Arts Theater. This theater is comprised of 640 seats and capable of producing Broadway production, sporting events, theater, and concerts.

- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships while meeting and exceeding client service level agreements.
- Assist in management, leadership, and development of Box Office team members by providing staff with strong leadership oversight.
- Advise and manage reporting for the venue and its promoter clients.
- Ensure the venue is maximizing its use of the ticketing system products and services.
- Provide initial venue-specific information to promoters such as venue specs and requirements, scalings, financial components, and reporting.
- Build events utilizing Paciolan; manage all inventory requirements, special offers, and programs on behalf of venue and promoter.
- Working directly with ticketing clients to include promoters, managers, agents, or other stakeholders within an array of events.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders through timely reporting, emails, phone calls, and the like.
- Responsible for day of show box office support for venue, promoter, and customers with night of show settlement and reporting as required.
- Setup scanners, gates, rules, exceptions, load events, and archive with the Access Management system.
- Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify the root cause of issues including the research of client/customer complaints about service levels.
- Collaborate with arena teams such as Finance, Marketing, Events, Operations, etc.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Director of Ticketing.
- 5+ years’ event building experience in Box Office setting (Paciolan, Ticketmaster, AXS, etc.)
- 5+ years’ experience with large-scale events in a concert setting at an arena, stadium, amphitheater or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience training and managing staff.
- Extremely organized and detail- oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in conflict resolution.
- Ability to work well within a team environment, yet comfortable completing tasks independently.
- Position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as being able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking throughout the facility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or other related field is preferred.
