Senior Vice President, Director of Project Management

Job Summary:

Lead and inspire a team of project managers, overseeing client deliverables, talent management, and business development. Foster an inclusive culture, drive operational excellence, and champion agency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead holistic client solutions, manage multibrand portfolios, and ensure timely, quality delivery within budget.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain financial health and drive business growth.

- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture, mentor and develop talent, and ensure diverse staffing.

- Drive operational excellence, improve processes, and lead agency-wide initiatives.

- Champion Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion efforts, representing the agency in internal and external events.

- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, and own the staffing plan, talent acquisition, and talent-to-task matching.

- Lead complex, omni-channel development efforts, and advise on best practices, scopes, pricing, and schedules.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Production, or Marketing Operations.

- Pharmaceutical marketing and advertising experience highly preferred.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification a plus.

- Strong understanding of agency processes, procedures, and systems.

Salary

$160,000 to $200,000 annually
