Today at Empire Office Tampa we hosted a team lunch that was a colorful and vibrant celebration of cultures and diversity. Each colleague brought a dish that represented their heritage, from empanadas to a traditional Italian pasta dish. The room buzzed with excitement as we shared stories about our backgrounds and traditions. It was a beautiful reminder of the rich tapestry of cultures that make up our team, and the importance of embracing and celebrating our differences. It was a truly heartwarming and inspiring experience that brought us closer together as a team. Rock on Tampa!! A special shout out to Steven K. We understand the impact that color choices have on a space, along with their influence on our emotions. Peach Fuzz evokes the positive feelings of community, collaboration, and calmness. We partnered with OTJ Architects to help Empira Group, an international real estate investment firm, open its new North American HQ in Miami, Florida. Home to over 50 employees, the open layout of this office provides individuals with private workspaces, formal and informal gathering spaces for collaboration and a work cafe. The new office features floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the open environment, showcasing incredible views of the city skyline and Biscayne Bay. #EmpireOffice #EmpiraGroup

Shout-out to Steelcase and their amazing team for organizing this outstanding event - Dealer Product School exceeded all my expectations! Not only was it a comprehensive dive into product knowledge through an extensive program, but it was also fun and a great opportunity to meet colleagues in the industry. In collaboration with Perkins+Will, our team brought this airy, inviting, state-of-the-art facility to life for our client, CCRM Fertility Clinic. Aiming to enhance a more intimate and homely ambiance for patients, our teams sourced neutral-colored furniture, accessories, and biophilic elements from partners including Arper, Carolina, GF Health, and more. We asked him what his favorite aspect of the Empire team is and what he enjoys most about working here: "I feel lucky to work with several talented individuals – each with their own unique skill set that allows us to excel in our field. Together with Steelcase, we had a blast hosting a terrarium making class with The Switzer Group in the beautiful Moooi showroom! It was a fun summer experience to boost creativity and collaboration. This also gave us a gentle reminder that adding biophilic design elements into a space is not just for the aesthetic, but for sustainability, air quality, and productivity.

We are excited to announce the opening of our new Atlanta office in The Battery! Yesterday marked a special milestone as our team members gathered for a townhall meeting, tour of the space, and lunch to celebrate this new chapter.
