Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across all sales channels and the company.
- Establish annual sales plans and regional budgets to support revenue targets.
- Lead and coordinate the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent our company at industry events and trade shows.
- Mentor and empower sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage multiple projects with effective prioritization and execution.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a successful track record in sales management.
- In-depth knowledge of business operations in the building materials manufacturing sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic planning and organizational skills with a proactive business approach.
- Ability to navigate change and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ethical and principled approach to conducting business.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent Master's degree is preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in sales, product management, or marketing within the consumer durable products industry.
- Proven track record in developing sales channels, building long-term customer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
