About You:

We’re seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our fast-growing Creative practice. This is a full-time, remote position.

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will bring your impeccable design skills, passion for the convergence of art and technology, and expertise in problem-solving and strategic thinking. As part of the Creative Department, you will drive the design of our projects and engage directly with clients. You'll be in the trenches while keeping your eyes on the overall goals and objectives. You should be as comfortable working independently as you are with a collaborative team. And, of course, you will deliver stunning, forward-thinking designs that blow our clients away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong conceptual thinking in both visual and interaction design.
• Define overall visual language, prototyping direction, and key UI designs with minimal direction.
• Appreciation for user experience design and the ability to collaborate with team members to achieve effective client solutions.
• Ensure all projects maintain a high degree of innovation, quality, and design system consistency.
• Make strategic design choices that align with business objectives, independently finding creative solutions.
• Build design solutions for both simple and complex experiences.
• Experience designing innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms.
• User-centric design approach with considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
• Passion for all aspects of design, including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.
• Experience building products, developing component-based design systems, and adapting brand guidelines to create scalable systems.
• Demonstrated ability to be a collaborative team member throughout the creative process.

Skills and Qualifications:

Here’s what were looking for:

• 6+ years of experience designing outstanding responsive websites, mobile applications, and other digital experiences.
• Agency experience preferred but not required.
• Direct client interaction experience with the ability to build relationships, understand client vision/direction, and present designs and concepts.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
• Skilled in crafting clean, effective, and creative visual design systems across devices and media types.
• Strong body of work and an impressive online portfolio that clearly articulates your role in each project.
• Engaging presentation style and visual communication skills—insanely excited about your work and capable of spreading that enthusiasm.
• Risk-taking in design, pushing past the obvious, and creating something you love.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite as core elements of your toolbox.
• Demonstrated ability to be a collaborative team member throughout the creative process.
