Qualifications: Training will be conducted on the above dates between *07-25 July 2024* at Ft. Johnson. All role players must have the below described experience and possess cultural knowledge of the Balkan, Baltic, and Greater Eastern European Regions. Unit Commanders:
Must have an understanding of commanding at the equivalent position they are assigned to portray in the exercise and have an in-depth understanding of the operational staff planning processes. Direct experience at the respective level is preferred.
Must have military staff planning experience and an understating of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
Must have a basic understanding of military staff officers’ functions within a European military force.
Must have cultural understanding of the Baltic and Balkan regions of Europe.
