The duties of the workshop supervisor encompass various tasks, including but not limited to, comprehending our work schedule and guaranteeing timely project completion by appropriately delegating and overseeing tasks in the workshop.
Responsibilities
Minimum five years of experience in a workshop supervisory role
Demonstrated experience in team management
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to follow-through
Proficiency in interpreting and comprehending shop drawings, architectural plans, cutlists, and sketches
Capability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
Experience in procurement and inventory management
Working familiarity with Cabinet Vision software
