Site Civil Engineer

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design and permitting of commercial site plans for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. Be able to handle all aspects of site design from initial layout, grading, utilities, traffic, and stormwater.

They should be able to develop a full set of site plans in ACAD (no exceptions.) By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Florida PE license or the ability to obtain licensure a plus but not mandatory.
• 5 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
• 3 years ACAD (Required)
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
