Location: 3261 Peachtree Road Northeast, Atlanta, GA

Pay Rate: $16.50/Hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Serves as the Lead Security Guard, overseeing daily activities, special events, and more.
• Maintain a visible presence with foot patrols inside and outside assigned locations.
• Enforce venue-specific rules, regulations, and procedures. Promptly reporting suspicious activities and individuals.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs through our user-friendly mobile app.
• Provides leadership, training, conflict resolution, and time management guidance to other guards.
• Manages shift schedules and ensuring all shifts are covered
• Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by clients or your direct report.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have supervisory/leadership experience.
• Provide all necessary documents during the onboarding process.
• Complete our in-house Guard Training Certification.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Have access to reliable transportation for reaching job sites.
• Possesses a professional demeanor and a willingness to undergo necessary training, including the State Mandated 24-Hour Pre-Licensing Course.
