Social Content Producer – Athlete

OVERVIEW

As the Athlete Talent Services Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a strategic social media presence for our athlete's personal social media channels – showcasing their unique identity and affiliation with the Alo brand. We’re looking for someone with a passion for content creation, sports, and social strategy. Success in this role requires the ability to think creatively and move fast to capture content in a very limited time. You have excellent client communication skills, a deep and current knowledge of sports culture, a keen eye for compelling content, and a passion for continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ideate and capture content to live on athletes' personal social channels
• Manage content calendars
• Write copy for all athlete social content
• Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
• Communication and coordination with athletes and their teams
• Monitor sentiment across all social platforms as it pertains to our athletes
• Monitor and manage community engagement on athletes' pages
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management for athletes or sports teams
• Experience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns
• Expertise using content creation equipment such as DSLR cameras, microphones, tripods, iPhone camera
• Experience with client relations
• Expertise using Adobe Creative Cloud
• A strong demonstrated understanding of social platform tools and social media best practices across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.
• Experience using platforms such as AirTable, Dash Hudson, or other social media management software.
• A passion for sports on a performance and socialite level
• Flexibility to travel on a monthly, sometimes weekly, basis
• Experience in social media community management- Strong copywriting skills
  
  

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
