Social Media Manager

Our well-known and loved CPG brand has a need for a Social Media Manager! This role will be roughly 40 hours a week for 8 months. It does have the potential to extend based on the candidate and the ideal candidate would be based in Philadelphia for a hybrid work schedule.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop editorial calendar for channels such as Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create unique posts for social channels including captions, graphics, and choosing assets from the library.
• Utilize already created social templates for posts in addition to build original assets.
• Working with outside agency partners to ensure that social work meets the creative brief, brand tone/ voice, and guidelines.
• Coordinate projects as they relate to social content production and delivering the correct files.
• Develop the social community around the brand by responding to customers, engaging on trending posts, and answering questions.
• Dive into social insights, listening, and analytics to make adjustments to the editorial calendar.
• Provide recaps and presentations on social campaigns to internal stakeholders.
• Bring new social trends, pop culture relevant news, and ideas to execute for social channels.
• Work with the integrated marketing leader to support the project management of campaigns and other needs as assigned.

Social Media Manager Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience working either in an agency setting or in-house brand on social channels.
• Portfolio or PDF showcasing social work.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with social media analytics tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
