Role Description

Join the Van Tec Marketing team as a full-time Social Media Manager and take the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from some of the biggest and most popular brands to local businesses and exciting startups. You'll lead cutting-edge social media campaigns, collaborate with our skilled content team to produce engaging content, and stay ahead of trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. We're looking for someone with deep expertise who stays ahead of the curve and can professionally elevate any brand's digital presence. If you're ready to set new standards, this role is for you!

• Proven experience creating and managing paid social media ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, designing, and editing posts that align with brand tone and engage audiences.
• Ability to conduct reporting calls with clients to review performance and discuss strategies.Expertise in tracking social media performance, analyzing key metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better reach and engagement.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms, especially on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Ability to collaborate with the content team to develop creative, strategic content that drives engagement and growth.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, brand voice, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Experience in community management and fostering engagement through direct interaction with followers and influencers.
