About The Role
In this role, you will be key in shaping our brand's personality across social media platforms. You'll develop and execute a vibrant content strategy for our organic social channels and manage partnerships with content creators and influencers.
You should be both creative and strategic, with a knack for crafting compelling content and engaging online communities. Staying on top of social media trends and being passionate about content creation is essential, as you will be ready to innovate and take smart risks to drive results.
You'll work closely with our Marketing team, collaborating with key stakeholders across various channels and supporting the Social Media Lead on cross-functional campaigns and social initiatives. You'll report directly to the Director of Brand and Communications.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging still and video content for our social media channels.
- Plan and manage content for organic social media, including copywriting, scheduling, and publishing.
- Monitor social media mentions and engage with clients and influencers.
- Analyze social content performance and use insights to inform future content.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
- Work with internal teams to develop campaigns and align messaging.
- Support the Social Media Lead in managing influencer and content creator partnerships.
- 2-4 years of experience in a Social Media Specialist role or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), Pinterest, YouTube, and general social media best practices.
- Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the sharing economy and marketplace companies.
- Fresh, innovative ideas for social content.
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Experience with social, influencer, and design tools such as Sprout, Julius, and Canva.
We offer a competitive, transparent, and equitable compensation package that includes base pay, bonuses, benefits, and perks. The base pay range for this position is \(65,000 - \)90,000, with the final offer based on experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
