Position Summary:

As a Social Media Video Producer at Crowd Cow, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video content that showcases our high-quality meats and educates our audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute a successful social media video strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. “How to grill Wagyu”, “What it’s like on a Montana Ranch”, chef collabs and more, your videos will help drive top of funnel awareness of Crowd Cow and tell the story of how and why it’s the preferred source of meat for food lovers and grill masters across the country. This opportunity includes travel (10-20%) and a generous product budget with which to produce content (and feed yourself and others!).


What You'll Do:

  • Video Production:
  • Conceptualize, write, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for our social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Create engaging videos that showcase our products, educate our audience, and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop video content that aligns with our brand messaging and target audience
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and maintain our social media channels, including posting content, and engaging with our community
  • Identify and leverage trends and opportunities to increase our reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Partnerships:
  • Seek out and develop partnerships with other brands and influencers to create collaborative content and expand our reach
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements
  • Ensure that all partnerships align with our brand values and goals


What you Bring:

  • Must love meat, cooking and grilling.
  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in video production and social media management
  • Strong video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the food or agriculture industry
  • Experience with social media analytics and measurement tools
  • Knowledge of video marketing best practices

Compensation: The starting base salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,00 annually, and this critical role is eligible for equity as part of the total compensation package.



Seattle based candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with our Seattle based Creative team to create content and collaborate in person weekly (or as desired.)


(Full Remote U.S. Based option available if not located in the Seattle area)
